Northampton - Cashier
Robert Half is representing a well-established manufacturing business that is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cashier to join their friendly, personable, and welcoming team. This is a full-time, office-based role offering a competitive salary of up to £29,500 and the opportunity to engage with a variety of stakeholders across the business, ensuring your work has a direct impact on the company's financial operations.
Main Duties:
- Manage daily cashflow movements and ensure accurate recording.
- Process weekly and ad-hoc payments, including foreign currency payments.
- Reconcile Lloyds Arena transactions to the accounting system.
- Set up new supplier accounts and verify supplier bank details.
- Maintain supplier accounts and handle related queries via phone and email.
- Process Expenses
- Handle relief charges, weekly salary/wage adjustments, and monthly supplier discounts.
- Scan invoices and assist with ad hoc duties and general administration as required.

- Effective cooperation with all staff members to support the role's responsibilities.
- Successful completion of job duties, ensuring high-quality execution of financial tasks.
