Sales Administrator

At Totally Natural Solutions, we’re pioneers in natural hop extracts for the brewing and beverage industry. We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing first-class customer service by responding to enquiries and processing sales orders efficiently
• Building strong relationships across departments to ensure smooth communication
• Becoming an expert in our products and educating customers on exciting new innovations
• Supporting new customer onboarding, including managing CRM and Sage data
• Coordinating customer visits, meetings, and trade fair attendance
• Assisting with sample requests, stock replenishment orders, and online sales
• Thriving in a deadline-driven environment and contributing to sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

• GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
• Previous experience in sales administration and customer service, ideally within a Drinks or Brewing organisation
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales order processing
• A proactive, energetic, and organised individual who enjoys problem-solving and teamwork
