Job Description
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Coordinating meetings, managing diaries and arranging travel
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Handling correspondence and liaising with clients
  • Ensuring databases and filing systems are maintained accurately
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects within the team
  • Upholding the company's confidentiality policies
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Support Administrator should have:

  • A strong educational background, preferably in a business-related field
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • A proactive, flexible and team-oriented approach
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the property industry
