Full Time, Permanent role
Salary: £25,200/annum + bonus opportunity + Company CarWorking: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs per week
Covering: Middlesbrough , Darlington &surrounding areas
At REL Field Marketing, our ELFBAR and LOSTMARY teams are on fire, and we’re looking for driven and motivated individuals to join our Convenience Field Sales Team. You’ll be in control of your territory, expanding your network by prospecting to build your own call file of stores where you’ll be increasing the impact and availability of the ELFBAR and LOSTMARY brands.
Here's what you'll be doing in this Sales Executive role...- You'll be taking ownership of and expanding your territory, finding new stores to call on and forging relationships to drive distribution across your territory
- You'll be activating displays and point of sale, ensuring our brands shine in independent and convenience shops to increase sales for store owners
- You'll be the ultimate closer, selling in products directly, expanding product ranges, and selling in new product launches
- And get this - you'll be teaming up directly with ELFBAR and LOSTMARY management to deliver incredible results
- Any bonus earned is paid monthly!
- We'll equip you with all the tools and support you need to blaze a trail and leave your mark in your role

- And the best part? Unlike most field sales roles you will be reporting directly into the client given which will present you with some amazing opportunities
- A full manual driving license for at least 12 months
- Previous sales experience
- Experience in a convenience / van-sales style role preferred
- Brilliant communication and customer service skills
- A real self-starter with a hunger for success and a passion for delivering show-stopping results
- And of course, the ability to take ownership of your territory like a true champion
