The ESG and Digital Program Manager at Duke Corporate Education plays a pivotal role in supporting the executive education programs, focusing on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) topics and digital initiatives. This multifaceted position involves coordinating logistics, engaging in business development activities, aiding digital product development, and assisting the ESG strategy director in various tasks related to program enhancement, proposal creation, and program delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Support:
  • Assist in onboarding participants for different certificate programs (e.g., Corporate Governance Progressional program, ESG Competent Professional, , ESG Competent HR Executive), ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Manage participant inquiries and provide necessary information, creating pathways on digital platforms for smooth navigation.
  • Follow up with participants to gather feedback and assess program satisfaction.
  • Business Development:
  • Reach out to companies and individuals to foster partnerships and facilitate their onboarding as educators for executive education programs.
  • Identify and explore potential business opportunities, contributing to the expansion of the company's network and revenue streams.
  • Ensuring all leads and opportunities are setup in D365 and emails tracked where possible
  • Digital Product Development:
  • Collaborate with the digital team to conceptualize and create innovative educational products, leveraging digital platforms and technologies.
  • Provide input and assistance in developing engaging online learning experiences, ensuring alignment with industry standards and learner needs.
  • Source potential new distribution channels for our courses and new content partnerships we could build courses with.
  • Program Delivery Management:
  • Manage the logistical aspects of program delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, and technical support, to guarantee a seamless educational experience.
  • Ensuring all program deliveries are D365 compliant with the necessary project tasks, faculty work orders and means of invoicing setup prior to delivery.
  • Work closely with instructors, technical teams, and participants to troubleshoot issues and enhance program quality.
  • Proposal Support:
  • Assist the strategy director in researching market trends, educational methodologies, and competitors' offerings to enhance program competitiveness.
  • Contribute to learning journey design, drawing upon insights and trends to create impactful and relevant educational experiences.
  • Aid in the preparation of proposals, conducting research, and gathering data to support evidence-based decision-making.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required with at least 2 years’ experience working in a customer/ client facing role.
  • Experience with professional education; event coordination and learning management systems preferred
  • Experience working with remote/virtual teams
  • Experience managing Authoring Tools, learning management systems preferred
  • Experience with managing digital learning programs preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and the web; experience with graphic design preferred
  • Requires frequent travel domestically and internationally 50-75%
