Integra Education are seeking an experienced and energetic Female Teaching Assistant to provide support to a young pupil with additional needs. This is a unique role which will require the successful applicant to work alongside the young person within the family home and out in the local area.

This is a part time position, offering 15 hours per week.This role would be suitable for an educational professional such as a TA, HLTA looking to step out of a traditional education environment or a Youth worker/Mentor.

What this role will involve
Planning creative and fun activities in line with pupils interestsCreate a low-anxiety learning environment
Provide personal support and mentoring
Work alongside a team of professionals including SALT and mental health staff
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting young people with additional needsFull clean Driving License with access to own vehicle
Knowledge and understanding of ASD
Creative, patient, and compassionate
DBS on the update service or the willingness to obtain one
A love of animals
