A concurrent for-purpose learning track will underpin the experience using a Learn-Test-Use model.

Requirements

Eligibility
  • Must have a valid Right to Work in the UK status. Visa Sponsorship will not be provided by SAP Fioneer. Proficiency in advanced English business language (written and oral).
  • Degree in one or more relevant subjects such as (Business) Informatics, (Business) Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Corporate Finance and Engineering is preferred
  • Candidates need to be working from Swindon for a minimum of 3 days a week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and 2 days (Monday and Friday ) from either SAP Fioneer office in London or from their home office.

Technology and Delivery Experience

Mandatory:

Must have 2-3 years of technology work experience and demonstrated competencies in one or more areas such as :

  • Programming and/or Development (Eclipse, VSCode, JSON, REST APIs, front-end frameworks such as React, UI5)
  • Data, Data Modeling and/or Database Management
  • Enterprise Architecture and/or Solution Architecture
  • Design and Design Thinking
  • Reporting and Analytics

Preferred:

  • Consulting, Advisory and Programme Management
  • Banking / Financial Services

Required Skills and Competencies:

  1. Analytical and problem solving; able to identify patterns and provide insights.
  2. Structured and logical; work is organized with logical sequencing and prioritization.
  3. Able to listen, understand and proactively convert ideas and suggestions to actions and deliverables.
  4. Strong English language skills; written and oral communications are clear, concise, and relevant.
