Obesity Service Manager

Are you a clinical or non-clinical manager looking to lead a dedicated, patient-centred Team through exciting change? The post holder will have leadership and day-to-day management responsibility for a multi-disciplinary Tier 3 specialist Weight Management Service in Plymouth.
They will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure that a safe and effective Weight Management Service is coordinated and delivered for the population. The post holder will work in close partnership with the multidisciplinary team to drive improvement, embed change and standardise practice, based on local requirements, national guidelines and clinical best practice.
The postholder will lead and support a complex and rapidly changing service with a focus on Service redesign. The postholder will also have excellent relationship building skills, as you will be working in partnership with a wide range of organisations, ranging from primary & secondary care through to community organisations.
