We have a fantastic opportunity for an Immigration Paralegal to join a thriving and busy department, to assist and learn from an experienced team of Solicitors situated 30 minutes from Birmingham City Centre.
Our client, a Legal 500-ranked firm, is looking for a hard-working, organized and highly motivated individual to assist the highly rated department with an existing and constantly expanding caseload.
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Draft and review legal documents
- Communicate with clients regarding case status and requests for additional information
- Prepare and submit visa applications with the appropriate government agencies
- Research and review immigration laws and regulations
- Organize case files and maintain the firms case management system
- Attend client meetings, take instructions and assist with client intake
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisation skills, the ability to multitask, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software such as LexisNexis.
