Interim Corporate Programs Procurement Specialist

Hybrid working - we work one day a week in the office, every Tuesday (except the first Monday of the month), as and when the Council require more.
Candidates must be able to start immediately
Key requirements:
Knowledge of PA23 act is essentialMust have PCR experience of setting up frameworks
Good excel / analytical skills required
Must be able to run a tender from start to finish
Would be beneficial if they had strong Excel skills
We need a Procurement specialist to set up a number of frameworks across various categories including:
EstatesMaintenance
Consultancy
Civils
