Job overview
Transitional Care is a busy 8 bedded ward and Mendip birth centre a hive of activity hosting 10% of births within the division. We have a team of highly dedicated midwives, nurses, doctors & maternity support workers who work collaboratively to deliver high quality care to our patients and families.
We are looking tor recruit a motivated, hard working individual to take on the role as Housekeeper. You must have excellent communication skills and be passionate about maintaining high standards and to support the clinical team on the ward. The housekeeper role is pivotal to supporting our patients and families during what can be a stressful and emotional time for them all.
Main duties of the job
The housekeeper will work as a member of the multidisciplinary team. Please refer to the job description for details.

Education/Skills
Essential criteria- Willingness to undertake NVQ level 2 training
- Basic IT skills
- Experience of working in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous housekeeping experience
