Your role as an AD/Director

You'll take full responsibility for leading the London Business Support team - developing people, winning clients, and driving performance. You'll have the freedom and commercial scope to shape the direction of the office, supported by senior leadership and a structured development programme.

The role is hands-on, visible, and influential. You'll be working with key clients, growing revenue, mentoring consultants, and driving the division to its full potential.

What you'll need to succeed as Senior Leader
  • A strong track record in recruitment leadership (Senior Manager/AD/Director level)
  • Experience billing in or managing Business Support or similar white-collar verticals
  • High energy, a motivating leadership style, and a hands-on commercial mindset
  • Ability to coach and develop consultants while building your own client base
  • A clear understanding of margins, performance metrics, and growth strategy
