Health and Social Care Lecturer
Salary: £26 - £28 per hour including holiday pay

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Health & Social Care Lecturer at one of the largest colleges in Birmingham. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in the lives of students and contribute to the advancement of health and social care education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars in health and social care subjects.
- Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Provide academic support and guidance to students, including one-on-one tutoring and mentoring.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in health and social care.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.
Requirements:
- A degree in Health and Social Care or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) is highly desirable.
- Previous teaching experience in a further or higher education setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
