Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working primarily with UK clients and should also have worked outside the UK with global clients for at least 2 years, with a focus on clients from the Middle East.

Proficiency in Arabic language is essential, as communication with overseas clients and headquarters will be required.

This role will focus on developing business opportunities in the UK, while occasionally managing global client relations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, primarily focusing on the UK market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UK clients, understanding their needs and aligning the company’s services accordingly.
  • Occasionally manage interactions with global clients, particularly in the Middle East, supporting global business development efforts.
  • Utilize Arabic language skills to effectively communicate with Middle Eastern clients and stakeholders as required.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive opportunities in the UK market.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities, performance metrics, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions for UK clients, ensuring continued business growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate new business leads.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, focusing primarily on UK clients.
  • At least 2 years of experience working outside the UK with global clients, preferably in the Middle East.
  • Fluency in Arabic language is essential for communication with Middle Eastern clients and headquarters.
  • Strong understanding of the UK market and experience working within it.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients, with a focus on relationship-building and strategic growth.
