As a Customer Service Practitioner apprentice you will work with our team to provide excellent customer support and ensure a smooth and successful customer experience.

What will the apprentice be doing?
  • Customer support
  • Maintaining a professional environment with the workplace
  • Building excellent relationships with customers and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sorting and distributing post, liaising with couriers
  • Manage customer emails responding within a timely manner
  • Liaise with the Clinic and Customer Support of complaints and required refunds,

in order that the authorisation process is followed

Organisational Responsibility:
  • To act professionally, courteously, and effectively at all times in line with the
organisation’s values
  • Maintain effective and positive working relationships with Goodbody Group staff,
external organisations and clients
  • Shared responsibility for general office tidiness within reception area and kitchen
area
  • To undertake any other duties which may reasonably be required within the scope

and level of the post

Communication: You will have frequent and on-going communication with; - Clinicians and Clinic Manager
