Behaviour Support Manager – Secondary Schools – Newport

Salary: £110 - £115/day | Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 – 15:30 | Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage classrooms in the absence of the teacher.
  • Support students with behavioural challenges and ensure they remain focused on pre-prepared work.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere to help students thrive.

Job Requirements:

  • Enhanced Child-Only DBS Certificate (we can assist with this)
  • Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
  • Two professional references covering the past 24 months
  • Experience with children or a passion for developing skills in this area is preferred
