About
Our client is a growing B2B software provider with circa 40 employees, trusted by enterprises and SMEs worldwide.
This is an exciting time to join as the business plans to launch a new SaaS product in 2025.
The successful candidate will work in partnership with a Marketing Manager, reporting to the CEO, and collaborating closely with sales, product, customer success, and senior leadership teams.
If you're passionate about B2B SaaS marketing, comfortable with data-driven decision-making, and eager to tackle the challenges of launching a new product while maintaining momentum for an existing offering, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out market and competitor research and analysis in preparation for new product launch.
- Manage GTM and launch activities for the new SaaS product.
- Implement a product-led growth inbound marketing strategy and plans, with support from the Marketing Manager.
- Develop and execute product marketing and content strategies, and plans, with hands-on content creation, copywriting, and delivery.
- Oversee creative & design contract support.
- Lead branding and positioning strategy and tasks.
- Work in close partnership with SDR/BDR, Product, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership teams
- Oversee and improve marketing performance and marketing technology operational activities
- Drive data-driven marketing decisions and continuous improvements
- Email campaign strategy and management using HubSpot.
- Manage marketing budgets and demonstrate ROI to senior leadership
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS marketing (outbound), and off-the-shelf SaaS models (Inbound).
- Strong background in product marketing and go-to-market management.
- Demonstrable experience managing all digital marketing activities; Email, CRM, SEM, PPC, Social, SEO
- Keen to hear from Marketers who have developed an Inbound marketing strategy from scratch for an off-the-shelf SaaS product.
- Hands-on content creator and copywriter including blogs, web, whitepapers, sales materials etc.
- Comfortable working in a small business within a marketing team of two.
- Experience managing an agency and/or freelance marketing and creative support.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics and reporting to C-suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking ability with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
