This is an exciting opportunity for a Health Records co-ordinator post working either at the Health Records Hub based at RDH
You will operate as part of the Trust's Digital Services Team which brings huge benefits in terms of shared learning to improve our services for patients and superb opportunities for staff personal and professional development and career advancement.
The Position is based at the Health Records Hub department at the Royal Derby, but you will be expected to work flexibly between all our sites. This includes working at our main site at The Johnson Building at Pride Park.
An up to date all-round developed knowledge of Health Records would be ideal.
DAYS OF WORK: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week with a requirement to work bank holidays. You may be required to work at weekends or evenings to help with cover.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to contribute to shaping our future service.
You will need to be self-motivated, be prepared to contribute to team effectiveness and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
You will be required to provide staff with advice and guidance, monitoring the work of the team in order to ensure that a high patient focused service is maintained at all times.
