The Role
To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a French Speaking Junior Account Manager to join us. Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated individual who has a desire to build a career within the Company.
Key Responsibilities- Working with our merchants, helping them apply for funding their business.
- Communicating with business owners daily, ensuring they have all the necessary information to submit their applications.
- Explaining the financing offers we make and answering any questions the customer has throughout the process.
- Working with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and YouLend proprietary solutions to process applications.
Requirements
Key skills needed for this role- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
- Excellent communication skills – with the ability to interact via phone and email.
- Comfortable in Microsoft excel.
- Customer focused mindset.
- Fluent in French

Salary range: £29,000 - £32,000 + up-to 25% annual bonus.
