Finance Assistant Part Time
The company has an excellent Finance team and this role would be ideal for someone who is looking to develop within a company.The Candidates responsibilities:Dealing with internal and external queries.Processing client statements and payments.General Finance Assistant duties e.g., reconciling statements, producing accounts, general bookkeeping, VAT etc.Processing of invoices.Regular credit control.Providing general financial admin support o the team.Skills Needed:Experience within a similar role is critical.General MS, IT and email/internet knowledge is essential.Exceptional communication skills are necessary as communicating with clients and colleagues is a key part of the role.An excellent attention to detail, accuracy and a high degree of numeracy and literacy are key.The candidate would need to be a team player with a professional approach when dealing with colleagues and customers and third parties.If you are an experienced Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or are interested in more information regarding this role, then please get in touch Interested?
