- To check the maintenance book daily and carry out all repairs etc as necessary
- To decorate vacated rooms as requested following correct procedure.
- To keep the gardens well maintained, cutting grass, dig borders, weed and replant etc where there is no gardener.
- General Maintenance on a day to day basis
- Out of Hours Call outs if required
- Previous experience in painting, tiling etc. required
- Car Driver
