Job Description
The role will involve:
drafting and negotiating terms & conditions, agency and distribution arrangements, manufacturing agreements, outsourcing agreements, data protection and privacy, competition law, IP protection and disputes, providing transactional corporate support.
The Successful Applicant
The Commercial Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE in commercial law.
- Familiar with key industries such as manufacturing, energy, or retail.
- Strong communicator with excellent client management skills.
