**Responsibilities:**
  • Provide support to learners individually, in small groups, and in whole-class settings
  • Create a warm, caring, and supportive environment for students, promoting a sense of safety and enjoyment in their learning journey
  • Contribute to delivering high-quality, challenging, and tailored educational activities aligned with a diverse and comprehensive curriculum
  • Help pupils reach their full potential across all learning domains
**Requirements:**
  • Relevant childcare experience (voluntary or paid) with references
  • Previous experience or voluntary work with SEN students is desirable
  • GCSE qualifications in Maths and English or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
