Are you a well organised and compassionate individual with excellent interpersonal skills and Human Resources (HR) experience? If so, we would like you to apply for our Senior Coordinator – People role.
You will be providing HR advice and a case management service for college managers within a People Business Partner model arrangement. Working with the designated Senior People Administrator, you will be taking responsibility for the full range of People administrative tasks associated with your designated People Business Partner area.

This is an interesting and varied role, working within a busy team, where you will be providing outstanding HR service to both internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will have a GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above or equivalent) in addition to Level 3 CIPD. Having experience of working in a busy HR department, you will have exposure to a wide range of general HR situations. Your accuracy and attention to detail is as important as your ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
