Senior Branch Manager

Our clients are a well-established agency known for supporting career growth and offering great incentive schemes. They are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join their team in the Wolverhampton area as a Senior Branch Manager.
This role will require an experienced and driven Manager with a proven track record in the industry who is looking for the next step in their career.
Our clients are offering the successful Branch Manager:
- Up to £35,000 Basic
- £65,000 - £80,000 OTE
- Company car or car allowance
- Regular incentives and rewards
Working hours of a Branch Manager:
- Full-time position
- Office based
Branch Manager requirements:
- Industry experience at a Senior Level
- Ability to motivate and develop the Branch and its team
- Highly organized and able to manage workload
- Driven and hungry for success
- Full UK driver’s license
Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Managing the Branch Team
- Setting KPI’s for the team
- Undertaking team meetings
- Help grow the business.
- Carrying out market appraisals where required
- Reporting to the Area Managers
