Chef/Cook

The primary role is to bake daily and prepare food for a breakfast and light lunch menu. As the premises are small, staff members are expected to share in all kitchen activity.

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team in preparing delicious meals in our tearoom kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and baking.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure food safety standards are met at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent service to customers.

• Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
