About Our Client

Our client is a well-established, medium-sized organisation in the FMCG industry, known for their commitment to quality and sustainability. Their state-of-the-art facilities in Hull are designed to foster innovation and efficiency.

• Provide administrative support to the Technical Manager and other team members.
• Liaise with different departments, suppliers, and customers to facilitate communication.
• Investigate customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
• Keep technical staff updated on procedures and protocols.
• Manage information flows into and out of the technical department.
• Coordinate audit information and compile statistical data for reporting purposes.
• Prepare detailed technical reports as required by management.
• Represent the Technical department in meetings and discussions as necessary.
• Draft specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate customer audits to ensure compliance with standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Auditor should have:

• Experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
• Experience as a quality auditor or in a similar role within the food industry.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to manage complex projects.
• A strong understanding of quality procedures and systems used within the company.
• Excellent time management skills
• A strong understanding of industry safety and quality standards.
