Job Description- Provide administrative support to the Technical Manager and other team members.
- Liaise with different departments, suppliers, and customers to facilitate communication.
- Investigate customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
- Keep technical staff updated on procedures and protocols.
- Manage information flows into and out of the technical department.
- Coordinate audit information and compile statistical data for reporting purposes.
- Prepare detailed technical reports as required by management.
- Represent the Technical department in meetings and discussions as necessary.
- Draft specifications and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate customer audits to ensure compliance with standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Auditor should have:
- Experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Experience as a quality auditor or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to manage complex projects.
- A strong understanding of quality procedures and systems used within the company.
- Excellent time management skills
- A strong understanding of industry safety and quality standards.
