Quality Assurance Data Administrator - Guildford

FJA are recruiting on behalf of a leading service provider in the utilities industry for a Quality Assurance Data Administrator to strengthen and support their team.

Location: Surrey, Southeast England (office-based role).

Quality Assurance Data Administrator responsibilities:

• Support in all areas of Data Management and Administration for the office and field-based staff.
• Report directly to the Handover Manager and be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all project handover activities to fulfil client requirements.
• Liaise with colleagues as required to communicate any updates.
• Communicate any missing information or identified issues to the appropriate parties.
• Collect data with a strong focus on safeguarding data security and individual privacy.
• Ensure compliance with data quality standards and regulations to support data audits.
• Ad hoc Administration based tasks as required.

Quality Assurance Data Administrator requirements:

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Prior construction experience is beneficial but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
