  • Experience of leading staff development, coaching, and delivering high-quality CPD.
  • Experience of lesson observation, learning walks, and providing effective developmental feedback.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, challenge and support staff.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with staff, pupils and stakeholders.

Personal Qualities:

  • Passionate about improving teaching and learning and making a positive impact on pupils’ lives.
  • Strong moral purpose and commitment to inclusive education.
  • Resilient, reflective and solution-focused in approach.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others through example and leadership.
  • Collaborative team player with a commitment to shared success.
