Due to continued growth and expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Food Production Team Leader to grow and develop their own teams.
Role Responsibilities:As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, training and mentoring a team of production operatives to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
Your responsibilities will include:- Train staff on procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues swiftly to maintain seamless operations
- Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met, adhering to industry regulation.
- Oversee production processes, identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments/shifts to streamline operations and enhance productivity
- Working alongside operatives to ensure targets are adhered to.
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Duration: Temp to perm
Pay: £28,500 - £29,800

Requirements:Our client is looking for candidates who come from a food production background within a factory setting, providing you with the basic skill set required for this role.
