Join us as the Head of CRM, where you will lead the charge in crafting and implementing our CRM strategy to achieve ambitious recruitment and engagement targets.

The Role

As the Head of CRM, you will manage the University’s CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365), ensuring it captures and utilises prospective student data effectively to inform impactful marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver a world-class student recruitment experience, driving performance improvements and embedding CRM best practices across the institution.

This is a permanent, full-time (36.25 hours per week) post. Job share arrangements may be considered.
