Team Leader
- Accurately schedule and plan staffing to cover holidays, sickness, and absences effectively.
- Maintain regular Communication with Security Officers, monitoring performance,and fostering positive employee relations.
- Manage the appearance and behaviour of security personnel, taking corrective action as needed.
- Encourage staff recognition and nominations for awards to boost morale.
- Keep assignment instructions and site documentation up to date.
- Report all incidents in compliance with customer and company policies.
- Demonstrate understanding and engagement with the Securitas Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness, whilst showing a natural ability to recognise risk within the workplace and consider safety as a priority, complying with relevant policies, procedures and training as provided by the Company.
- Assist in developing and sharing best practices to enhance service effectiveness.
- Plan, develop, and implement staff training, including emergency procedures.
- Monitor and report faults with security equipment promptly.
- Ensure proficiency in operational functions such as Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems.
- Serve as the primary Contact for security-related queries, resolving complex issues and escalating complaints as needed.
- Support the Site Manager and client Security Department with reasonable requests.

- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part-time education during that period.

- Current SIA licence
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Interpersonal skills to negotiate and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Adaptability and responsiveness to changing priorities.
- Additional qualifications in Health and Safety, Customer Service, and First Aid are advantageous.

Are you an experienced security professional with a passion for driving team performance and ensuring high standards of compliance? We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven part-time Team Leader to lead our team in London.
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all security personnel and ensuring smooth operations throughout your shift. By embodying Securitas values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness, you'll serve as a central point of contact for service delivery, performance measurement, and reporting, strengthening the relationship between our client and Securitas.
Position Details:
- Location: London
- ? Pay: £18.33 per hour
- ⏰ Weekly Hours: 7 am – 7 pm; Weekend only position (Saturdays & Sundays)
- ? Qualifications: Must have SIA License
- ? Transportation: Access to a vehicle or good transport links
