Job Description- Lead the development and implementation of the PR and internal communications strategy
- Manage and enhance the organisation's reputation and profile within the not-for-profit sector
- Develop engaging content for a variety of channels, including internal newsletters and the organisation's website
- Work closely with the marketing team to align PR activities with marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on PR and internal communications activities
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media, members and staff
- Ensure all communications are aligned with the organisation's brand and values
- Coordinate the organisation's response to any PR issues or crises
- Proven experience in PR and internal communications, preferably within the not-for-profit sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Knowledge of the latest PR and internal communications trends and techniques
- Hybrid working
- Part time arrangement
