Job Description

Lead the development and implementation of the PR and internal communications strategy
Manage and enhance the organisation's reputation and profile within the not-for-profit sector
Develop engaging content for a variety of channels, including internal newsletters and the organisation's website
Work closely with the marketing team to align PR activities with marketing strategies
Monitor and report on PR and internal communications activities
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media, members and staff
Ensure all communications are aligned with the organisation's brand and values
Coordinate the organisation's response to any PR issues or crises

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in PR and internal communications, preferably within the not-for-profit sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership and project management abilities
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Knowledge of the latest PR and internal communications trends and techniques
