A day in the Life..

We are seeking an enthusiastic Email Marketing Executive to join our small but ambitious CRM team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for email marketing, a creative flair for design and copywriting, and familiarity Klaviyo. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to really grow their skills in email marketing within a dynamic team environment with a structured and transparent career path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, QC test, and deploy all email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, ensuring timely and effective delivery of marketing communications.
• Collaborate with the wider Email Marketing Team to establish correct audience segmentation, testing & goal codes, and sending rules.
• Brief the design team with new campaign
• Analyze email campaign performance metrics, and report back to the wider team, to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the planning of the email marketing calendar
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, incorporating new strategies and technologies as appropriate.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous (min 1 year) experience of email marketing – ideally in eCommerce/D2C.
• Proficient with email marketing platforms, specifically Klaviyo.
• Proficient in using excel
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Good self-management and time-management skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience using Figma, Indesign or equivalent
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.
