Job Description- Review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with various departments across multiple projects to provide financial insights and support.
- Supervise and guide junior finance staff within the Accounting & Finance team.
- Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
- Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial controls and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of budgeting and forecasting
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- A competitive salary of approximately £55000 to £65000 per annum.
