Our in house maintenance team are looking for a number of experienced Multi trade Carpenters to work in our reactive repairs teams.
You will be assigned to a patch or neighbourhood –- South – Lambeth, Southwark and surrounding areas
Our Multi traders are supplied with an L&Q van (business use only), uniform and PPE equipment. You will begin the day from your home address where you will travel to jobs which are distributed to your PDA (hand-held device).
Our Multi trade/Carpenters are expected to carry out a range of tasks inclusive of internal and external door fitting, Splice repairs, General Locksmith, bathroom Sub Floors, Bath panels and framework kitchen repairs/refits and Other general Maintenance repairs.
Ideally you will also be able to carry out internal/external window repairs including single and double glazing, repairs to doors, lock refits and repairs.
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to L&Q and as a first line of contact to our residents we expect you to have outstanding customer service and ability to deliver a right first-time service. Limiting follow on’s and increasing satisfaction.
Our in-house maintenance team core hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm in general. There is the opportunity to earn more from call outs and out of hours service.
