This is a great opportunity to join an environmental specialist consultancy who excel at providing expert compliance services to the built environment. They are looking for an experienced Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join their Energy team in their offices in Leicester.
Role responsibilities for a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor include:
- Carrying out non-domestic EPC's via SBEM and Design Building modelling software
- Being involved with energy surveying of buildings
- Working alongside clients and residents of the buildings for surveys
- Identifying and providing solutions that will improve energy efficiency
- Carry out site visits to produce site reports as well as energy statements
The ideal Non-Domestic Energy Assessor will have:
- A level 4 NDEA qualification through a credible accreditation scheme
- Proficient with SBEM and Design Builder software
- Demonstratable experience delivering EPCs for commercial projects
- Full UK drivers license as will be expected to travel to carry out site visits
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
