Marketing Communication Manager

As the Marketing Communications Manager for the semiconductor division, your mission is to collaborate closely with global product managers to uncover the unique value propositions that set our products and solutions apart. You will champion our brand by crafting and driving awareness and consideration campaigns that resonate with our audience and elevate our business objectives.

In this dynamic role, you will not only shape strategic messaging but also ensure its seamless execution across global markets. You'll lead promotional efforts in each region, ensuring alignment and maximum impact, while reporting directly to senior leadership on the progress and success of all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Divisional Marketing VPs, Global Product Managers, and Product Managers to align Market Requirement Specifications, Commercial Readiness Reviews, and Marketing Communications plans for NPI.
  • Create and manage briefs with clear implementation plans for marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with the organization's multi-brand positioning.
  • Support marketing communication activities in regional/key accounts relevant to your products and markets.
  • Manage and report quarterly on the Marketing Communication budget for the relevant business unit.
  • Collaborate with Internal, Brand, and Digital Communications to ensure campaign governance aligns with corporate and brand standards.
  • Define KPIs for campaigns and identify the best channels to measure success. Track, review, adjust, and report results.
  • Engage with influencers and media for national and global story placements.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with divisional Marketing Communication managers and regional Customer Centres to support key account activities.
  • Report monthly to the Head of Marketing Communications on division and account-based marketing activities across regional Customer Centres.
To Succeed.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role.
  • You have a track record of success in designing and executing effective marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.
  • You stay informed about industry trends and are proactive in adapting to new developments.
  • You have strong organisational and project management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • You approach challenges with an analytical and strategic mindset.
  • You thrive both in collaborative team environments and when working independently.
  • You excel at multitasking, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software is valuable, but a willingness to learn and adapt is just as important.
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and impact in all interactions.
