We are currently looking for a passionate and committed Midday Supervisor to join a special educational needs (SEN) school in Sheffield.
Role:
As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and positive environment for our students during lunchtime.
Your responsibilities will include supervising students, managing play activities, and promoting positive behaviour while ensuring the well-being of all children in your care.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise students during lunchtime and playtime.
- Support children with special educational needs in a nurturing manner.
- Encourage positive social interactions and promote inclusive play.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of students at all times.
- Report any concerns to school staff as required.
- Previous experience working with children, particularly in an SEN setting, is preferred.
- A caring and patient attitude towards children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Competitive pay rate of £11.50 per hour.
