Job Description: As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of examinations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Setting up examination venues by laying out necessary materials and equipment.
- Ensuring that students adhere to examination rules and regulations.
- Distributing and collecting examination papers.
- Supervising students during the examination to prevent cheating and ensure a quiet environment.
- Assisting with any queries or issues that arise during the examination.
- Reporting any irregularities or breaches of examination rules to the appropriate authority.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
