Teaching Personnel are working alongside a number of schools within Essex who require qualified Teachers to join the school when planned and unplanned absences arise.
This can provide flexibility to your new Supply Teacher role as several partnered secondary schools in the Colchester and surrounding areas are currently recruiting on a part-time/full-time basis. Cover Teachers are always in high demand so you will always be undated with work that suits you.

Due to the nature of the role, no specific teaching qualification is required as all work will be set, and you will simply be required to deliver the work whilst you supervise the classroom and keep high behaviour and safeguarding standards.
This would be an excellent opportunity for anybody who is considering a future career in teaching or for any recent graduates who would like to obtain further experience within a secondary school setting before enrolling on a PGCE or similar Teacher Training Programme.
