Are you a junior finance professional looking for a temporary opportunity? Office Angels are seeking a skilled temporary Junior Finance Assistant to join our client's team at a prestigious Fashion & Beauty educational institution located near Oxford Street.
Location: West End, LondonContract Type: Temporary
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Full Time
Duration: up to 4 weeks
Pay: £15 p/h
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Support the finance team with any ad hoc duties as required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for financial transactions.
Requirements:
- Must have a DBS.
- Previous experience in a similar finance or accounting role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
