We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a sporting background to join a reputable alternative provision in Grantham, NG31.

Your experience in sport can offer valuable life skills and insights that can greatly benefit students in an educational setting.

• Support and assist individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Facilitate engagement in education through innovative and non-traditional methods.
• Implement behaviour support plans and strategies to foster positive behaviour.
• Create a safe, supportive environment that promotes student growth and success.

• Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred, though individuals with a background in sport or education are also encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrate the ability to support and guide individuals towards achieving their goals.
• Exhibit patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to making a difference.
• Show a responsive and caring approach in your interactions with students.
