Overview
We are seeking an Engineer to join our team in TV Repair solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TV and Audio repair, knowledge and proficiency in various Electrical appliances. This however is not essential the right candidate will receive in house training provided by many leading manufacturers.
The job involves
Visiting customers in home and providing a friendly service
Problem solving/trouble shooting
Diagnosing faults
Repairing/Fitting spares and software uploading
Liaising on site engineers and admin staff ensuring we provide the best service to our customers
Experience
The successful candidate should possess the following skills: Full UK driving license
Smart appearanceHave a good knowledge of AV equipment
Excellent communication skills for customer service interactions
