• Assist solicitors in preparing and managing property litigation cases.
• Draft documents, correspondence, and case summaries.
• Conduct research to support case preparation and decision-making.

• Ensure that case files are maintained and organised accurately.
• Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with procedures and protocols.
• Provide administrative support to the property department as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Property Litigation Paralegal should have:

• A degree in law or equivalent legal qualification.
• Previous experience or exposure to property litigation work is advantageous.
• Strong working knowledge of the civil procedure rules.
• Full understanding of the SRA code of conduct and SRA Accounts rules.
• Competency in using legal research tools and case management systems.
