They are a fast-growing web studio that’s been proudly punching above its weight since 2018. They design and build user-centred websites and web apps that help SMEs, startups, and corporate innovators unlock their potential.

About the role

They are a growing agency with big ambitions, and they are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to help them take the next step.

In this hands-on role, you’ll drive new business through outreach, networking, and partnerships while working closely with the leadership team to shape strategies that fuels their growth.

The role is based in Bristol, with some travel required. They are looking for someone full time, with a preference for being in the office roughly three days a week.

Objectives of the role
  • Driving the growth of our client by building a consistent pipeline of well-qualified, high-value opportunities.
  • Forging meaningful connections and relationships with larger organisations, helping them achieve their goal of partnering with more household names.
  • Supporting the leadership team to convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.

This role will be given a high degree of autonomy to pursue the strategies which the successful applicant believes will deliver the strongest returns, so they expect this list to evolve and change over time. There is a clear career progression path to a more senior role as the agency grows.

About you
  • You have a proven track record in sales, demonstrating clear results in previous roles.
  • Experience within the tech sector is highly preferred.
  • You’re skilled at creating and executing sales plans that are driven by KPIs, adapting strategies when needed to maximise success.
  • You excel at building and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients and partners, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial connections.
  • You embrace a culture of honest, constructive feedback and actively contribute to its development.
  • You thrive in collaborative environments but are equally comfortable working independently, taking initiative and showing autonomy when necessary.
  • You’re adaptable, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges as the agency continues to grow and evolve.
  • You have an eye for detail, consistently delivering accurate, high-quality work that reflects your commitment to excellence.
Benefits
  • Base salary of £40,000-£45,000 with OTE of £60,000-£65,000 (uncapped with a bonus for above target results)
