Accounts Assistant

A dynamic and growing company based in Bedfordshire are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. If you are AAT qualified and have comprehensive experience in both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including AP and AR processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

• AAT qualification is essential.
• Proven experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
