Cover Supervisor – Secondary Education

This permanent position offers the opportunity to guide and support students across various subjects while covering teachers during planned absences.
About the Role:
- Lead classes in the absence of teachers, delivering pre-planned work to students
- Support the school’s ethos by maintaining a positive, productive classroom atmosphere
- Facilitate a respectful, engaging environment for students to complete set work independently
- Adapt to diverse groups and manage classroom dynamics to support student learning and behaviour
Ideal Candidate:
- Confident and resilient with a natural ability to engage and motivate students
- Prior experience working with young people (in or out of educational settings) is desirable
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and interact effectively with students across KS3 and KS4
