Job Description
The Claims Team Manager will:
- Drive performance against targets, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Manage the operational performance of the large loss casualty fraud team.
- Ensure financial performance for clients while maintaining high-quality service.
- Implement SOPs and deliver operational excellence.
The Successful Applicant
The Claims Team Manager should be:
- A solicitor with at least 4 PQE with extensive experience in claims management or operational leadership.
- Familiar with driving team performance and managing large loss casualty fraud cases.
- Experienced in managing KPIs, SLAs, and targets within a legal environment.
