Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Teachers in the Classroom: Support with lesson delivery, group work, and individual student assistance to help each child reach their full potential.
- Encourage Positive Behavior: Help create a safe, nurturing environment where students feel encouraged and motivated.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Experience Working with Children: Experience in a primary school, childcare, or a related setting is ideal, but we welcome those new to the field with a passion for education.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: You’re a natural communicator who enjoys building positive relationships with children, teachers, and school staff.
- Commitment & Reliability: Schools and students depend on you to provide stability, enthusiasm, and a positive learning experience.
- Enhanced DBS Check: You must have, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check on the update service.
